Dominoes Stars operate the very first online Dominoes VIP Club where every game you play and every dollar you spend will be counted and added to your VIP Points account in the following cases:

1. In Real Money Games: You earn VIP Points in all domino games which have a rake or a fee, and the awards are based on the amount of rake or commission taken from each hand played.
Every $1 of rake generated rewards you with 1 VIP Point.

Note:  Please take in to account that "Play Money" games do not charge a fee, hence do not award VIP Points.  In all cash games, VIP Points are credited at the end of a game. So if you leave a table before the game is completed, you will not receive the VIP Points for that game.

 2. In Specific Campaigns: You receive VIP Points based on a given promotion or campaign (please make sure you read each individual campaign's Terms and Conditions).

What is the Dominoes Stars VIP Club?
Dominoes Stars VIP Club consists of VIP Levels which award each member, as much as possible at each level.  This rewarding program was created from a player point of view, with an emphasis on appealing prizes to players in all levels.  When you become a VIP Club member you are treated like no other in our one of a kind club, providing our most loyal players with unique and exclusive services and rewards.


What is a VIP Point?
Players can earn VIP Points by playing in Real Money games or participating in one of our available promotions.

Note: There is a difference between the Stars you get from our available promotions and campaigns and the VIP Points.


How do I Earn VIP Points?
- In Real Money Games: For every $1 of rake generated you get 1 VIP Point.

- In Specific Campaigns: You receive VIP Points based on a given promotion or campaign (please make sure you read each individual campaign's terms and conditions).


How do I Register to the VIP Club
- From the moment you gain the first VIP Point playing for Real Money you are considered as registered to the VIP Club.


What is the different between VIP Points and Stars?
Very Good Question! Both the VIP Club and the Stars are two different programs aiming to reward our most loyal and active players.

- VIP Points are the way to measure your VIP level and can’t be redeemed, although belonging to the Dominoes Stars VIP Club you can enter tournaments, purchase items from the VIP store, and apply to other specific promotions and campaigns.

- The Stars are just a reward that indicates when you can redeem the bonuses in your bonus account.


How Do I Qualify to the VIP Club?
There are three levels in the VIP Club subject to the amount of VIP Points you manage to accumulate as follows:

- Double 4 Level: To qualify simply earn 1,000 Points in a month or accumulate 7,000.

- Double 5 Level: To qualify simply earn 1,500 Points in a month or accumulate 10,000.

- Double 6 Level: To qualify simply earn 2,000 Points in a month or accumulate 15,000.

Note: You can visualize the total of accumulated VIP Points in the Cashier.


How long does my status last?
Your VIP Status and Level lasts until the end of the following calendar month from the month in which you qualified, unless you re-qualify for that level or qualify for a higher level.

For example, if you accrue 1000 VIP Points between June 1st and June 20th, you have achieved Double 4 Level status for the month of June and that status will continue through the end of August.

If you qualify again during August (getting another 1000 VIP Points), you keep your membership till the end of September and so forth.

Can I convert VIP Points into Stars?
No, there are two separate accounts with two different loyalty sub programs. Furthermore, players cannot transfer VIP Points from one player to another.
