How to Redeem Your Bonuses?

All the bonuses you get for the deposits you make are redeemable according to a certain amount of Stars you accumulate and which are visible in the lobby of the Dominoes Stars game.  The amount of Stars required to redeem each bonus are established in the terms and conditions that apply to each bonus.

To start redeeming bonuses follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Cashier.

2. Check your bonus account balance and click on "Redeem" if you have bonuses "Available to Redeem.


Bonus Balance:  Is the total amount of bonuses you can redeem in a certain moment according to the amount of Stars you accumulate.

Available to Redeem: Is the amount of bonuses you can currently redeem in to Real Money.  This amount changes according to the amount of Stars you accumulate, for example:
- If the condition is that for every 30 Stars you can redeem $10, when you accumulate 80 Stars you will be able to redeem $20.

3. Type the amount of bonuses you want to redeem and click on "Redeem".


4. Check the new balance after you redeemed.  The system will show you the new balance of Stars and the amount of bonuses you succeeded to redeem.


5. Enjoy playing with more Real Money.

Bonus Account

All the bonuses you receive appear in your Bonus Account and is important to understand the information displayed in order to take advantage of the promotions Dominoes Stars offers to depositors.



- Bonus Name: The Bonus name describes the reason why you received the bonus.

- Original Value: Is the original value of your bonus, for example if you received a 100% over a deposit of $100, the original value is 100.

- Bonus Balance: Is the amount that is left of your bonus to be redeemed.  For example if you had a 100 bonus but you redeemed 10, the new Bonus Balance will be 90.

- Issued: Is the date when you received the Bonus.

- Expiration: Is the date when your Bonus expires and after this date the Bonus will disappear from the Bonus Account.

- "You can currently redeem $XX Bonus":  Is the amount you are available to redeem according to your current Stars amount.

- "You currently have XX Stars":  Is the amount of Stars you have in the current time and that determine how much you can redeem from your bonus.

- How does the First Time Deposit (FTD) Bonus works?
When you make a deposit of $100 you automatically receive 100% bonus, which means that you will find $100 bonus in your bonus account.
In order to redeem this $100 bonus you will need to accumulate a total of 300 Stars as every 30 Stars allow you to redeem $10.

- What are the "Stars" that I see in the Lobby and in my Bonus Account?
At Dominoes Stars we like to reward special players and that's why we created a system that automatically gives you "Stars" for every game of real money you play.
This system was built to let you know when you can redeem your bonuses, transferring them to your real money account.

- How to earn Stars?
The amount of Stars you earn is determined by the rake or commission you generate while playing games of real money.  For every dollar rake you receive 1 Star.
If I haven't received any bonuses, do I receive Stars for my Real Money games?
No.  If you are a player that hasn't received bonuses in his deposits you don't receive Stars on your real money games.

- Are the "Stars" bonuses?
The stars are not bonuses; they are only the system which allows the players to understand what they need to do in order to redeem their bonus money into real money.

- Why my Stars disappear every time I redeem bonuses?
As there is a minimum of Stars required to redeem the bonuses, every time you redeem the bonuses the amount of Stars reduces.  For every $10 bonus you redeem, the amount of Stars is reduced in 30.
