CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT

We accept deposits made by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners Club.
To deposit funds using your credit card, follow the steps below:

Step 1:	Run the Dominoes Stars software.
Step 2:	Log in to your Dominoes Stars account.
Step 3:	Inside the lobby, click on the "Cashier" icon located on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
Step 4:	Inside the Cashier, click on the "Deposit" button located on the top left side of the Cashier window.
Step 5:	Choose the Credit Cards option.
Step 6:	Fill in the amount and click "Submit".
Step 7:	Complete all your credit card information.

You will be referred back to the Dominoes Stars Cashier where your balance will be credited. Now you can open a table and start playing for real money!

Depositing money into your Dominoes Stars account via QUICK2PAY is quick and easy. Please note you must open a QUICK2PAY account prior to depositing funds.

Depositing money into your Dominoes Stars account via Moneybookers is quick and easy. Please note you must open a Moneybookers account prior to depositing funds.

Step 1:	Run the Dominoes Stars software.
Step 2:	Log in to your Dominoes Stars account.
Step 3:	Inside the lobby, click on the "Cashier" icon located on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
Step 4:	Inside the Cashier, click on the "Deposit" button located on the top left side of the Cashier window.
Step 5:	Choose "Moneybookers".
Step 6:	Fill in the amount and click "Submit".
Step 7:	You will then be transferred to the Moneybookers site to complete the deposit process.
Step 8:	Follow the instructions and click on the relevant button to return to DominoesStars.

You will be referred back to the DominoesStars Cashier. Now you can open a table and start playing!

Depositing money into your DominoesStars account by Credit Card using CLICK2PAY is quick, easy and secure.

WIRE TRANSFER

You can transfer funds directly from your bank account into your Dominoes Stars account within 3-5 business days. There are no additional fees as we credit the charges to your Dominoes Stars account up to a limit of $10.

In order to transfer funds to your account via this method follow the steps below:

Step 1:	Run the Dominoes Stars software.
Step 2:	Log in to your Dominoes Stars account.
Step 3:	Inside the lobby, click on the "Cashier" icon located on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
Step 4:	Inside the Cashier, click on the "Deposit" button located on the top left side of the Cashier window.
Step 5:	Choose the "Wire Transfer Option".
Step 6:	Fill in the amount and click "Submit".
Step 7:	You will receive a mail with the details of the bank account where you have to transfer the money.

Your deposit will appear in your Dominoes Stars account after 3-5 business days.

- How long is the deposit process?
Deposits conducted via credit card, Moneybookers or NETELLER, credit your account within seconds. In general, bank transfers and deposits through checks reach our bank within 36 hours. The balance in your Dominoes Stars account will be credited within 36 hours after we receive a copy of the transaction receipt given by the bank. This receipt can be send via email to: support@DominoesStars.com

- What should I do if my balance does not change after I finish the deposit process?
Ensure that your deposit amounts are not below the minimum ($20) or above the maximum ($500).
If your deposit has been rejected, you will receive a relevant message on your browser.

- How can I withdraw money from my account?
In order to withdraw money from your Dominoes Stars account, follow the steps below:

Step 1:	Enter "Cashier".
Step 2:	Click on "Withdrawal".
Step 3:	Choose a withdrawal method and enter the amount.
Step 4:	Click "Confirm".

Please note:
- Your withdrawal method is determined by your deposit method.
- Therefore, if you used your Moneybookers account to make your deposit, this payment method will be used as your withdrawal method.

DominoesStars Moneybookers Withdrawal Policy

After requesting a withdrawal, you will be sent a notification e-mail informing you that your transaction has been approved. Your withdrawal will be suspended (pending status) for 24-72 hours from the moment you placed it. During this time you can reverse your withdrawal.

Your Moneybookers account will be credited with the money within 5 business days.

Withdrawal via Moneybookers
In order to withdraw funds from your DominoesStars account via Moneybookers, follow the steps below:

Step 1:	Enter the Cashier.
Step 2:	Click the "Withdrawal" button.
Step 3:	Choose “Moneybookers" and the desired amount.
Step 4	Enter your Moneybookers email address and click "Submit".

The Moneybookers withdrawal takes place directly into your Moneybookers account. After this transaction is completed, visit the Moneybookers withdrawal page inside the Cashier and place your withdrawal request using this method.

NOTE: We require complete documentation before processing withdrawals for money deposited for the first time via credit\ debit card. In order to withdraw using the Moneybookers withdrawal method, it is mandatory to create a Moneybookers account with the same mail account you used to open the Dominoes Stars account.

Minimum withdrawal: Single withdrawal of $50
Maximum withdrawal: $500 (per week)

Wire Transfer

- What is a Wire transfer?
A bank transfer is an electronic transaction of money from DominoesStars.com’s bank account to your account.
The transfer to your account is usually completed within 4 business days.
If you choose a bank transfer, make sure that you have your bank information available, so that you can fill out the necessary fields.

- Account number
- Name of account owner
- Routing number (Swift Code or IBAN)

Minimum withdrawal: Single withdrawal of $200
Maximum withdrawal: $500 (per week)

First Withdraw Requirements

Players requesting to withdraw from their Dominoes Stars Account for the first time are required by our fraud department to verify their identity and address of residency by sending (Via Mail) the following documents:

- Copy of credit card statement showing the transactions made to us.

- A utility bill.

- Copy of your driver license or passport

- This Form filled out in full.

This procedure is required for legal and regulatory reasons including international money laundering acts, taxation regulations as well as to protect you from identity theft.
Notice: We do not need or wish to encroach on your privacy, therefore you may block your personal and private transactions information when sending the statements.

NOTE:
We require complete documentation before processing withdrawals for money deposited for the first time via credit\debit card.

Your request will appear in the Transaction History page with a "Requested" indication once our web cashier has accepted your request for a withdrawal. After you have requested a withdrawal, the amount you have requested to withdraw will be instantly deducted from your DominoesStars.com account. An "Approved" indication will appear if DominoesStars.com accounting approves your request and the money is en route to you. Approved requests cannot be canceled.

All withdrawals are processed within 3-4 business days from the moment you request them, except for Wire Transfer, which takes 4-5 business days, and Bank Draft (check), which can take up to a month. During this time you may cancel your withdrawal request and return it to your account. The minimum amount to withdraw by wire transfer is $200. For all the other methods, the minimum is $50.

Request Processing Stages

- Requested: The withdrawal request is pending (you can cancel the request)
- Request Being Processed: The withdrawal request is being processed (you cannot cancel the withdrawal request)
- Confirmed: The withdrawal request has been confirmed and implemented (you cannot cancel the withdrawal request)
- Total Time: The period of time that has passed from the entering of the withdrawal request until the amount appears in your account, or until the check has arrived, or the transfer has been made to your account (Moneybookers).

- Canceling a Withdrawal Request

You can cancel a withdrawal request within two days from the day you submitted the request (assuming the request status is still “Pending”). After canceling the request, the amount you initially requested will be credited to your DominoesStars.com account.

To cancel the withdrawal request, you need to complete the following steps:

Step 1:	Log in to your account at DominoesStars.com by entering your username and password.
Step 2:	Select "Cashier".
Step 3:	Select "Transaction History" (you will see a list of your withdrawal requests along with their status).
Step 4:	Click on "Cancel Withdrawal" which appears in the Status field of the request, to the right of Pending.

Your request will be canceled and the status will change to "Canceled".

Your DominoesStars.com account will be credited for the amount requested. The withdrawal history includes a full list of all your withdrawal requests, including requests that were approved, requests being processed, transactions canceled by you and transactions canceled by Dominoes Stars’ accounts manager.
