How can I make a deposit into my account?
Before you can deposit money into your account and play, you must open an account. Once you have done that, you can deposit money into your account by clicking on “My Account” button and then on “Deposit”. Then choose a desired deposit method (all methods are fully secured) and the amount.
How long is the deposit process?
Deposits conducted via credit card, PayPal, MoneyBookers or NETeller, credit your account within seconds.
In most cases, bank transfers and deposits through Western Union reach our bank within 24 hours. The balance in your DominoesStars.com account will be credited within 24 hours of receiving a copy of the receipt regarding the transaction via email: support@DominoesStars.com
What can I do if I finished the deposit process but my balance has not changed?
Please note that you cannot deposit amounts below the minimum or above the maximum.
If your deposit has been rejected, you will receive a relevant message on your browser.

How can I withdraw money from my account?
In order to withdraw money from your DominoesStars.com account you must enter “My Account,” click on “Withdrawal,” enter the desired amount and confirm.
What are the various withdrawal methods?
You can choose from the following list: Bank Draft (check), Wire Transfer, PayPal, NETeller or MoneyBookers.
Deposit with a Visa Card, our preferred credit card, and get paid back directly to your card regardless of the method you choose (European countries only)! If you deposited using a Visa Card, the selected withdrawal method you choose will act only as a "backup" in case we cannot refund your card for any reason.
Your request will appear in the Transaction History page with a Requested indication if our web cashier has accepted your request for a withdrawal.
Once you have requested a withdrawal, the amount you have requested to withdraw will be instantly deducted from your DominoesStars.com account.
An Approved indication will appear if DominoesStars.com accounting approves your request and the money is en route to you. Approved requests cannot be canceled.
All withdrawals are processed within 3-4 business days from the moment you request them, except for Wire Transfer, which takes 4-5 business days, and Bank Draft (check), which might take up to a month. During this time you may cancel your withdrawal request and return it to your account.
The minimal amount to withdraw by wire transfer is $200. For all the other methods, the minimum is $20.

What is a bank check?
A bank check is a check issued by the bank that can only be cashed or deposited by the person the check is made for.
If you choose to withdraw money via bank check, the bank check will be sent to your address.
The bank needs additional time to issue the bank check once the request has been processed, such that you must wait 3-4 weeks to get the bank check, which is sent from abroad to the address you specified in your registration.
What is a bank transfer?
A bank transfer is an electronic transaction of money from DominoesStars.com’s bank account to your account.
The transfer to your account is usually completed within 4 business days.
We do not collect commission on money transfers. If you choose a bank transfer, make sure that you have your bank information so that you can fill out the necessary fields.

Request Processing Stages
Requested – The withdrawal request is evaluated (you can cancel the request)
Request Being Processed – The withdrawal request is being processed (you cannot cancel the withdrawal request)
Confirmed – The withdrawal request has been confirmed and implemented (you cannot cancel the withdrawal request)
Total Time – The period of time that has passed from the time the withdrawal request was entered until the amount appears in your account, the check has arrived, or the transfer has been made to your account (NETeller, PayPal or MoneyBookers).

Canceling a Withdrawal Request
I submitted a withdrawal request but I want to cancel it. How can I do this?
You can cancel a withdrawal request within two days from the day you submit the request (assuming the request status is still “Requested”).
After canceling the request, the amount you requested will be credited to your DominoesStars.com account.
To cancel the withdrawal request, all you need to do is log in to your account at DominoesStars.com by entering your username and password, selecting “My Account (Payment Details) and then “Money Transactions History.”
Then you will be able see a list of the withdrawal requests you submitted along with the status of the requests.
Click on the red “Cancel Withdrawal” button, in the “Status” field of the request that appears to the right of “Requested.” Your request will be cancelled and the status will change to “Cancelled.”
Your DominoesStarss.com account will be credited for the amount requested. The withdrawal history includes a full list of all your withdrawal requests – requests that were approved, requests being processed, transactions cancelled by you and transactions cancelled by DominoesStars.com’s accounts manager.
